1. Take a warm bath or shower for at least 5min. to soften the skin.

2. Wet the mitt and squeeze out excess water.

3. Do not add soap.

4.  Move it up and down your skin with firm, even pressure. Avoid rinsing the peeling skin off your body as it will aid in further exfoliation.

5. Wash your body with soap.

6. Hand wash the mitt, ensure it completely drys.

7.  Use every 1-2 weeks or 24h before self-tan application.
